Full Job Description
Seasonal workers help with all aspects of vegetable production; transplanting, weeding, harvesting and maintenance. Must be able to follow directions, work with the farmers as well as with a team. Workers must be in good health and physical shape and able to lift 40 – 50 lbs. Hours are somewhat flexible and may increase with labor needs at different times of the season. Generally, the hours are around 20 – 30 hours per week. Compensation: Commensurate with experience and performance.
In addition, fall seasonal help is always needed as we harvest our storage crops and prepare the fields for winter. (Limited availability)

Arrange facilities, logistics, and catering
Arrange video & web conferencing, and webinars as needed
Asist in new employee orientation.
Assist in preparation of management presentations, PowerPoint presentations, personne announcements, and correspondence.
Assist multiple corporate Vice Presidents and Directors with daily reports, new location research projects and other projects as needed.
Assist other assistants as needed.
Assist with performance reviews, quarterly & year-end bonuses and yearly salary adjustments for 100+ locations.
Coordinate regional meetings an events.
Cordinate truck freight schedules, weigh fertilizer trucks and document information.
Distribute invitations, meeting information & agendas, and/or other meeting correspondence.
Enter payroll hours.
Handle administrative details and routine issues independently, and take responsibility for completing these on time with high quality.
Handle customer phone calls, walk in traffic and direct patrons to appropriate personnel.
Handle direct payments, reconcile credit card receipts and prepare deposits.
Handle phone calls, scheduling and calendar management utilizing Outlook.
Maintain a full understanding of company products and services.
Manage supplies and supply invoices for the division.
Offer support to the credit department as needed.
Order office supplies and maintain a clean office.
Perform other office duties as assigned.
Prepare monthly and year-end reports using Profit / Loss statements for each location.
Process expense reports, maintain organizational charts and phone lists.
Provide clear office communication with location managers, board members, and patrons.
Provide daily support to the Vice President and Regional Director of the Midwest and Heartland Regions, being proactive anticipating their needs and the needs for a 100 plus outlying locations.
Quarterly meetings and special events.
Schedule and arrange hotel reservations for various General Managers, corporate personnel customers, and employees as needed
Set up customer prepay contracts, process invoices, transfer documents and perform data entry into proprietary company systems.
